Hey all, now that we've gone to Windows 7 I've found a huge annoyance -- I can't change any Service settings remotely. For example, I need to add a server IP to the "Accept SNMP packets from these hosts" address list for SNMP Service Properties to a bunch of workstations. With XP I was able to right-click on My Computer and click Manage. Then I could right-click on Computer Management, enter a computer name and make my configuration changes. Now I can get to where I need to make the change but when I try to actually make the change I get:
Even if both computers have nothing open I still can't make the change. I tried Googling this but nothing even close shows up in the results. Anyone here have any ideas?
Thanks,
Joe B
