My report is set up to print in Landscape and all of the sections of the form fit within the 11.5 inch width of a printout in landscape. Even though I've made all the report's fields fit on the page, Access won't allow me to change the width of the report; it is stuck at 20.3888" and I can't change it in the properties box or manually. Thus, I am getting 2 extra blank pages, before the next set of records displays. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to change? Thanks.

There is something at the far right of the report that is not allowing you to reduce the width.

Open your report in design mode. Scroll the report all the way to the right. Put your cursor on the ruler at the top of the report design near the 20 inch mark (your cursor will change to a blcak solid arrow) and click. Scroll down the report and see if anything is selected.

If anything is selected, this is what is keeping the report at 20 inches.
