Trying to print from a Windows 2000 Pro. PC to a HP Color LaserJet 8550. Printer is networked off an NT4 server running the latest version of JetAdmin. User has local administrator rights at the client machine, and has Full Control rights on the printer's security tab on the server. The problem appears to be twofold.

First, the paper size choices on the Paper Properties tab does not include cardstock, which if I'm not mistaken is supported by this model.

Second, the user can't work around the lack of choice by creating a Custom page size on the Paper Properties tab. The Custom button is completely greyed out. If the user clicks the little balloon next to the button, it tells him that the "feature is not available because you do not have permission to save system settings on this computer."

Has anyone encountered this, and is there a solution?
