Can't change local profile to raoming...

I have a W2k workstation that I am having trouble with. I can't change the user's profile from local to roaming. Even logged on as Admin, I still can't change the to roaming. I also have logged the user on at an NT workstation and the same thing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If the object is to make it a roaming profile, what about just using the profile copyto feature to copy it to location on server that user should pick it up from?
