Can't change line ringing settings on any extension 1

Has anyone run into this issue? Basic mode R9.1.7 system. Cannot change line ringing from immediate to no ring and have it work on any extension. Tried setting the lines to delayed ring - saved config. Reprogrammed to no ring - saved config. Tested - they still ring immediately. Tried a warm boot - no change; "cold" boot - no change. Re-upgraded IPO to R9.1.7 - no change. Not sure what to try next.

Found the answer. I had to delete the lines from each of the extensions that needed a different line ringing mode - and save the configuration - then had to reprogram the lines in the correct ringing mode and save the configuration. Hopes this helps someone else with the same issue.

ummm yeah... we have stop selling basic version of IPO because of issues like you described. A real Partner ACS was a champ and programming worked. Thanks for posting the fix!
