Can't change job execution time

Hi all,

ARCSERVE 2000 for NT. with all the latest patches as far as I am aware.

I have to say I am rapidly beginning to really hate this product. %-(

I am trying to reschedule a job. Somehow its has ended up executing in the morning instead of the evening, if I try and modify the job then to change the time it lets me but when I go back to the queue its reverted back to the orginal time.

Interestingly when if I use the reschedule option it does seem to alter the time (although I know it will revert back to the normal time.

I have three jobs on the queue and they all seem to have the same problem. I found an earlier tech note about problems with the queue and it suggested saving the jobs and deleting the que directory. I did this and added the jobs back in. No effect.

Can anyone help ?

There are multiple ways of changing the time. Which way do you do it?
1. right click -> reschedule
2. modify job, schedule tab, enter the time, run the job.
3. modify job, run job, last confirmation pop up screen - "run on"
