From Internet Options I choose to move Temporary Internet Files folder, but after reboot it exists in two locations and the recognized location is not the one I choosed to move but the one before. Win98SE

Are you using a computer in a network that has a manditory user profile or has settings that are determined by the server / login?
If this is so then it will overwrite any local changes you make and set things back to the way the admin wants them.
At least that is what it sounds like to me... CJ
