I've got an image that was made in Photoshop and exported as a jpg, and I'm trying to change the background color in the GIMP. If I set the color to black and use the paint bucket tool and click on the background, it'll make it black, but if I make the color #FBFFF6 and click on the background, it won't change it. If I open up a new file and click on the background of it, it'll change it to #FBFFF6. Thanks for any help you can give.
