I am having difficulty changing the auto-attendant message. I have followed the procedure in the STSe Quick Start guide (Sept. 2005), "Recording Auto Attendant Greeting" and successfully recorded a message for mailbox 150. I did this by dialing into the system through the main telephone number. However, the auto-attendant message remains the same.
The system was programmed two years ago, before my time, and I'm not sure how the auto-attendant greeting was stored. The person in charge of the phones is long gone.
How can I change the auto-attendent greeting remotely?
I work about 100 miles from my HQ and can't program the system via laptop.
All suggestions welcome.
