In my 61C I have 3 cot's ATDN to 7713. which is an ACD on site. I need to change the ATDN to 4529 which is a DN at another location.

I can 4 digit dial the ext 4529 from my phone and the call completes fine.

The switch does not allow me to change the ATDN to a number which is not on site.

Is there something in programming I can change to make this happen.

I'm listing the COT and route below.

Print DNB 4295 in LD20 what is it? If it is a TSC/DSC then I don't think you can ATDN to them. You could leave it as it is if there is nobody in that ACD group and set the NCFW to go to 4295 (or use another ACDN, same deal).

DNB 4529 which is where I want it to go to is in another PBX at another location.

I tried NCFW and the call still rings to 7713.

When you forward your phone to 4529 does it go, if so build a Phantom DCFW to 4529 then place that DN of the Phantom in the ATDN

I see that you want to change the ATDN to 4529. I'm guessing that your ESN /CDP codes aren't broken down enough to allow you to use 4529. Check in LD 20 as suggested for a DNB of 4 or 45 etc.

I bet 4529 isn't listed as a separate CDP entry?. It's the same problem if you want to entry in a NITE DN. As suggested above, the workaround is to create a ACD or Phantom DN (ACD is best!) using any spare number and put that as the ATDN with a NFCW (ACD) or DCFW )Phantom) to 4529.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

build an analog 4529 with a higher ncos cls cfxa ftr cfw x scpw xxxx, set cdb option to cff, then use rcfw to forward the analog off site.. works every time..

the block may be because the only ncos is the inbound trunk, by stepping through a 500, you can assign ncos and by changing to cff the forwarding station's ncos allows the cfxa
