Can't change anything in Groupshield console. HELP!!

I've just installed Groupshield 5.0 for Exchange 5.5 on an NT4 server.

Everytime I try to change something in the console I can't OK it. The system tries to restart relevant services but then an error message appears with the following:

Error: One or more GroupShield services are currently starting or shutting down. Please retry at a later time.

Does anybody have any idea what has happened??
