Cant carry out that function at this present time

I've been getting this message and locking up on this form. It says "Cant carry out that function at this present time" Then it locks me up and I have to end task to get out.

I have a small lan with 5 operators receiving phone orders and when we're trying to create new orders some machines have the problem but the others don't. I created this program using Access tools. I don't know how to write code. Just to give you an idea where I'm coming from.

I found the problem. I had created the database in Office XP and was running it with Office 2000. Once I installed Office XP on my client's machine the problem went away.
