Can't call out but gets calls in. ?? 1

Hi,
I'm having an issue with my nbx 100. I have 5 lines and one of them will accept calls in but will not dail out. The user gets a few seconds of silence and then the display panel comes back up. When they hit redial it grabs a different line and dials out fine. The line that is giving me trouble has an error code of 0xA, Pots State of 0x7, Ring State 0x12, and Loop State 0x13. This line also is the only one that shows information in the Performance, Debug and Actor Data sections.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Could be:
- Bad NBX analog port
- Bad CO line

Have you tried swapping the line with the problem with a known good port? If the line does not work in the new port, then its a telco problem. If it does work, you could then reboot the NBX or do a shutdown and a full power down and up.

The last resort is that you have a bad port and will need to replace the line card.
