Can't call 800 numbers

Hi all,Just had new area code in las vegas 725.Before we only dialed 7 digits now we dial 10.got one custer that can dial any area code but 1-800 any suggestions where I would look to correct this problem.I am sure it is something I did when I changed from public 7 to 10.I may have looked at it to long and can't figure it out.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Pri-t1 7.1 misc was working ok before I got there.

Perhaps post the exact symptom to your issue.
Examples:
RESTRICTED CALL on the Display
Fast Busy
Silence
Number Not In Service recording

Other dialing is:dialing 1 is 11 digits. It should work. Do you get a recording?
