we put in some new MCI PRI circuits and so far two of my offices can't reach information via 411 or 555-1212 (opt. 11, USA). They keep getting a recording saying their call cannot be completed because their toll service is blocked. The vendor doesn't seem particularly concerned about this so I'm wondering if there's a way for me to route 411 to another carrier. Any suggestions? Should I point 411 over my copper instead?

you do need to point it to a carrier that provides 411, copper or most local trunks provide that, most ld only carriers dont'

I routed it over the copper and they can call it. Until MCI corrects whatever they need to do I'll have to leave it this way. Hopefully it won't take them long. thanks Nortellian.
