Cant Browse My Network and domain over

I cant browse my domain. There are a few sites one in NYC, the other in conneticut. There is a VPN between the sites. There are domain controllers at each site. I can ping the DNS servers at one locvation to the other. But for some reason I cant browse the network, well thats not accurate, when I get here in the morning I can... later in the afternoon all the machines go away. WTF could it be ports? let me know. thanks

Without knowing to much about your infrastructure it seems you have MTU problems between your vpn sites. I have had this problem alot of times and MTU have always been the issue.
