I have a PC running Windows ME which can't browse the internet. I have tried IE, netscape, even the AOL browser doesnt work they all respond with blank pages. I can however, connect to the internet using AOL and get mail and the like but I am dumbfounded as to why the browsers don't work. I have run searchand destroy and ad-aware and a current virus scan to no avail. I have checked the Hosts file and removed and reinstalled TCP-IP with the same symtom. Have even gone so far as to run Hijackthis. System is running Norton Antivirus but the firewall and all security measures have been turned off. Anyone have any ideas?
