Can't be reached from outside

Customers are complaining that they can't reach our business when calling.
I tried calling the number and i keep getting a busy signal
How do i find out on which tn an outside line is configured

You would be better off finding out what type of lines you have and monitoring them. It's easier if they are PRI lines.
