Can't attach to machine 'machine name' error

Working with Visual Studio enterprise edition, Visual Interdev. Setting things up, I have added an existing web appliation that runs on my local pc to Visual Interdev.

Yet when I try to start the application I am getting a Can't attach to machine 'machine name' error.

Any ideas on what might be causing this ?
