An end-user tries to attach a file from a mapped drive. She has two mapped drives (X and Z). She can access both via Explorer or My Computer without any problems. When she tries to attach a file from the X drive, Outlook freezes and she has to kill the process. Drive Z gives her no problem whatsoever. Other users can access drive X via outlook without a hitch.
