Can't archive my blocked emails on Gwava

I can't create a archive for my gwava emails. The folder is empty and I can't find any info about how to program the archiving of those emails.

my route is \\servername\EMAIL\GRPWISE\GWAVA\ARCHIVE\MTA

Did you create the archive path in GWAVA config manager or manually create it? It has to be sent in config manager first, then the MTA restarts and the folder is automatically created.

We did it in both ways. With config manager and then manually but didn't get any results

I reinstall the gwava software on my station and deleted the previous folder. Gwava recreated and now it is working just fine!
