Can't add Quorum server

I am running a two node cluster on solaris 10. I am now trying to add my quorum server also running on solaris 10. When trying to do so I receive an error "Could not contact quorum server with hostname"

from the quorum server I am able to ping both cluster nodes and from nodes I am able to ping the quorum server. I have entries in the host table for each machine on each machine. DO not understand what I am mising to make the connection

I run the clquorumserver show command to verify that quorum server is running

A quorum device is usually just that... a device, not a whole server. Usually a disk in the shared storage... is that what you're using?

I try to add quorum using the option #3 a quorum server and then enter name, ip address, and port of server. Enter and I recieve this error message

Okay, ignore me, it's obviously a feature I'm not familiar with.
