Cant Add Mailboxes!!!!!!!!

I have a 3300 with 100 voicemail boxes of which only 38 of them are being used, so licensing is not the problem. I cannot add mailxboxes and I get the following error when I try to add more in :

A field was entered incorrectly, verify the length and syntax of each field.

Also the software logs generate the following log :

I have added mailboxes in millions of times and never had a problem like this. The amount of digits, characters entered are correct as I have added them in before. Ive check the length of the voicemail passwords and length of voilmailboxes numbers via the admin mailbox and its fine.

I have also tried wiping out the database and only adding in mailboxes on a blank system and I am then able to add as many mailboxes as I want. But when the database goes back on, I cannot add anymore mailboxes and get the above mentioned errors. I also tried taking the very same database and loaded it onto a different 3300 and I can add mailboxes in without any problem. Im stumped here!!!

I have done a dbms check full and there are no errors.

Any ides ?

If you page thru the mailboxes, do all known mailboxes display?

If not, there is a convoluted process to discover and remove duplicate mailboxes.

Yes I can page through all of them and they are present.
A convoluted process ?

If you can see all of the Mailboxes then the Duplicate mailbox issue is less likely.

If you can allow it, and you have a recent backup, I would recommend a reset.

Are you able to add another IP set? Perhaps it's an overall dimensioning problem.

I am able to add in other extensions with no problem. If it was a dimesioning problem, it shouldnt return a syntax error. It would normally mention a resource error.

execute a backup and restore even though no errors were reported.

Just make sure that you set the lenght of the mailboxnumber in Options, to the lenght you wanna use.
