Can't add in Business Card

Hi All,

Anybody familiar with this problem, please help.

I reinstalled notes 4.5 client to a user, and replaced her default names.nsf with old saved names.nsf. All of her contacts in the database was intact but when she tried to add new card in the Address Book, message 'invalid formula, unknown function or operator' appeared.

Anybody got any idea? Lotsa thank you in advance.

Autoreflex : try refreshing the design in the database.
If no change, try replacing design.

Additional Tip : always use the server as source for standard Notes templates.
