Can't add extension 2

Hi All
I've one site with 3300 MXe-III controller in SDS . It's working fine but when I try to add an extension I can't. As On the Add Button showing like searching. We have extra licenses to add more extensions.

I've tried to reboot the controller. But the same issue is still there

appreciate any thoughts on how to solve it ou

i have to deal with some very old 3300 software and issues like this always seem to be a browser issue pop ups , trusted sites, compatibilty 8.0 is fairly new and i use IE or firefox to make changes even on the old 6.0 i use edge in IE mode and it works ok
have you tried another browser

yes i agree
with the information provided , it sounds more like a browser issue than the MIVB
i would suggest perhaps an old version of firefox (47) or IE if you still have it

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
