Cant add cards to names database

Every time I try to access a card or add a card I get a message that states "name previously referenced in this scope: DOC". Then when I click again I get "invalid formula: unknown function/operator".

Does anyone know what this is?

this usually relates to the mailfile design. ie. if you are using a R.4.6 Mailfile on Notes R.4.5 etc. If you don't have many personnal folders then try refreshing the mail file design.
