Can't acquire acd phone in Genesys CME

Good day all,
I need some help,

We have Nortel CS1000 Multi and URS 8.0 arrangments.

We used to have Symposium CCMS/CCM where we used to acquire phones in Symposium first and then in Genesys after doing any changes into phone configuration.

Attached is screen shots of phone I am having difficulty with..

I tried to delete 6205 and 2112 from CME and it did not deacquire.

I then did DAQR AGT 20 0 2 9 in LD 48 and did changes and after that tried to acquire it in CME but no luck.

I even deleted phone and recreated in pBX but to no vain.

Just to add, I programmed 15 phones and 14 of them are working and acquired fine, but only this one.. any help would be highly appreciated.

tks dulfo666 but we don't have symposium anymore.. its only URS and we use Symposium as Mer Link only to talk to PBX..

 
From what I am seeing, it sounds like the Config db server isn't updating the application (in this case TServer) dynamically (that is, in real time)

when the agent is removed via the CME. The way I understand it to work would be that agent would log out so one can do whatever needs to be done to the phone.

I went into CME and removed the extension and position, when I did that the config db is changed and config_db Server sees it and updates its cache and pushes the change out to TServer.

Do I need to restart T server or whole outbound solution.??

Have anyone experienced similar issue..? and know the workaround..?
