Can't access WLAN 2360 through serial cable

Hi all

We have WLAN 2360 product, and we have try to login it through serial cable but there is no response, the cable is connected as :

5 ------- 5
3 ------- 2
2 ------- 3

Please what are the correct serial cable that I can use to access this WLAN ?

You"ll need a straight through serial cable, not a null modem cable.
