Can't access the BAT

I'm trying to access the BAT admin to reset all of my phones. It asks for a username and password. I put my CM 4.2 information but it doesn't open. Is there a permission for this? I have superuser rights to the CM

I believe BAT uses W2K server authentication. Enter a user name and password from the OS that has administrator rights.
