Hi all,
This is surely a newbie question. I've loaded SQL Server7 from Office 2000 Pro and come to a halt after launching server and osql. I'm prompted for a password, which I provide, but I see this:
Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.

I'm also somewhat new to PC's.

Need help.
Grateful for anything you can provide.
David

You've probably loaded with windows security only so have to give a trusted connection.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.
Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy.

How do I do that? I was a MAC person up to a couple of months ago.

Thanks for your input.
