Can't Access sites with certificates after joining sbs domain

I have started joining PC's to a 2k3 sbs domain and the web sites they use that have a certificates can no longer be accesed.

There is a mixture of OS on the clients, XP sp3 and Vista sp2 and windows 7
The Server is SBS 2003 SP2

The PC's that have not been joined to the domain can still access the sites, so their is no issue there, any help would be appreciated.
