Can't access online banking

Hi, I've just started using Mozilla 1.0 and I must say I'm very impressed so far except that I can't seem to access my online bank. This is the message:

"Service Denied:
Reason: Unsupported Browser

The version of the internet browser you are using is not supported by... Please use one of the following browsers:

* Internet Explorer Version 4 or above
* Netscape Navigator 4.08 to 4.78 (inclusive)..."

Is there a cure for this, ie an option for changing the user agent info sent? I thought that Mozilla ~= Netscape anyway!?
