Cant access node in Telephony Manager OTM

I currently use a CS1000 Telephony manager release 3.10.28.41
I go to Equipment - System Navigator - when i try launch one of the system applications for a node it sorta hangs.Need help. Thanks

It sounds like a Java error, but what is the latest patch update that the TM Server has?. It might be out of date?.

Never ever upgrade Java on a TM pc.

Uninstall the update (You installed java 7) and hope it works. If it doesn't, re-install TM.
