Can't access Netwroked Call Pilot manager

User did not log out, now i need to remote access call pilot manager on my network, Can i dump user remotely or do i need to travel to the site???

Use the credentials that the user logged in with and you should be okay. If that doesn't work, schedule a reboot with a person that can flip the switch. And, don't let that user back on ever again. Some people...
