In last 2 weeks, I installed a Contivity 1010 and Contivity 1100 for 2 customers. Everything is working fine other than 1 customer could not log in any FTP sites, another customer could not access certain websites such as hotmail.com... Both these 2 customers use ADSL.

I believe some one here must have same experience of this issue, please give me some hint. Thanks in advance.

try enabling the TCP MSS option under both LAN interfaces. It's configured in the same area where you set the IP addresses. Enabling that has worked for me in the past.

I heard something about change the MTU value to 1472 or some other value, but in Contivity there is no this kind option like other broadband routers.

Most close option is this MSS option, I don't know what is for so didn't change it, but Biv343 if you say it works for you, I'd like to try and let everyone know if it works for me too.

Thanks for your reply.
