Can't access mailbox on a Call Pilot

Hace a CICS 6.1 with a CallPilot 100 Rls. 3.0.

At Ext. 207 tried Feature 981. It goes directly to "exit."
Logged into System Programming, Reset Mailbox password.
Feature * 0 + Intercom = Ext 207.

Tried F** xftest. All codes are active.

Please help.
 
It's happening on all extensions. This is real strange.
There are messages waiting to be opened.
 
Before you panic, I'd try to log into the cp with a laptop and see what's there.

Definitely sounds like it's zeroed out, though.
 
That's right...

I did have that happen on a NAM once.

I love to train a customer to make changes, but once in a while, someone changes something they shouldn't.
