Can't access FTP through msproxy.

We're having trouble getting ftp access through the msproxy v2. We're running Win 2k.
We've compared the settings to a proxy that works, but still no luck! Anyone help?

Can you browse with explorer if not check your method of authentication for isa.
If your using basic authentication with integrated,what type of clients are they
You may need the microsoft firewall client running on the client to get out.
