Can't access Client history from SSC

I check the SSC daily for new threats or if I get an email saying someone has a virus. Problem is for sometime now when i right click a client, select all tasks, select Symantec Anti-Virus, select Logs, then Threat history It pauses for about 10 seconds with an Hour Glass , even goes as far as showing a "Retreiving Logfiles... Please wait status bar in the upper left corner (though no progress ever is made) and then comes back with an error saying
Symantec AntiVirus could not collect all the log data from the selected computer(s).
Please verify that Symantec Antivirus is rnning on these computers.


I've checked (even tried it with multiple computers) and it's always running perfectly and i can get to the history from the Client's computer, just not remotely

Any help is apprecaited.
