Can't access BCM50 via Internet Explorer

We have a BCM50 on Release 1. Element Manager works fine. When trying to launch CP Manager from Element Manager, or when trying to directly browse to the IP address of the BCM in Internet Explorer, you get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

The BCM has been rebooted and problem remains. I can access other Release 1 systems from the same PC and browser with no problem.

Anyone have any ideas since the reboot didn't work?

Have you checked the services in the BCM 50 to see if the browser one has stopped?.

There's a service called BCMWebProviderAgent that is running. That's the only one I see that indicates it has to do with the web browser. Can you confirm that's the one we're looking for? You think I should restart it?

I'd give it a go and I would also try connecting via the OAM port.
