Cant access BCM

Hi all..

I have a bcm that a while ago we couldnt access via ethernet or serial. The status lights for the network and the nortel sigh were flashing however it was handling calls ok... Rebooted the bcm and everything was ok.

This problem has cropped up again however rebooting doesnt clear it this time. Has anyone seen this before and how do i sort it?

Bad motherboard, caps are leaking. BCM 1000, 400 and 200 have this problem.
