Cant Access Application Builder

We have a CP 2.02 on a 201i Card Option Server. We lost our hard drive due to a power outage and had a formatted hard drive shipped to us, we were able to add the PEPS, run the wizzard add the mail boxes but we can not use the App Builder. What happens is we are able to add a new file but when we go to save the finished work it gives an error message and the calls drop when we create a promt DN. We tried changing but it wont allow changes or deletions. Now it wont open any new or existing files.

During the install of the PEPs are your required to install the CP Manager that is included on the CD? We did not install that since it was already on the server.
 
go ahead and do the reinstall, that complete install process is picky.. we had a simular problem and had to delete the old manager to get the install to run clean, but post re-install it cleaned up

There is a new 6.0 App Builder that has worked with all versions of Call Pilot for us. Try that. Call Manager is new also. Be sure you have the most current PEP's too. We have had issues rebuilding and installing PEP's and nothing works. Turns out to be the PEP's.

The App builder and Manager can be on a newer release than the server but if the server is a newer version than the App's you'll have problems.
