Can't access any services

Hello,
I'll start by saying that i'm pretty new to the CCM system.
After I finished installing CCM 3.3 and configuring it, I wanted to give my users a public address book they could access.
I created a service in Feature -> Cisco IP Phone Services a service with the url :

http://myipaddress/ccmpd/xmlAddressBookInput.asp

ofcourse i replaced "myipaddress" with the CCM's ip address.

No matter what i try, when I press "services" on the IP phones I get a "requesting.." text for a while and then a blank window. sometimes that blank window is replaced by this error msg: "HTTP error [8]".
Why can't i see any serivces? what am I doing wrong ?
