Canon MVX150i and Premiere 6.5

Hi There, this is my first need for an help

here's the fact

I easily import my first short footage (1,5 min) from my Canon MVX105i through the firewire using premiere 6.5

I can see the file imported in media player
and it looks great
but when i try to edit the file in premiere (adding transitions,effects etc) making the preview i get only audio (black screen)

I try to export the video in premiere and when I open
it in media player I see black screen (for all the movie lenght) and no audio too

what can I do?

I can't edit nothing shoot with my cam
please help me
