I am having difficulty getting my Canon MF3110 printer to work with Ubuntu. The Ubuntu machine is networked to an XP machine which has the printer hooked up via USB. I have 2 other XP machines networked as well and all can use the printer except the Linux box.
I have tried the redirected port with Ghostwriter and Ghostscript using an Apple 60/600 driver on the Ubuntu machine. It seems to send a print command to the printer but there are no pages to print. The printer window says NA under pages when a job is processed. Is there some way to tweak this workaround as there are no drivers for Linux for this printer?
