I've got 4 Canon iR C4080 copier/printers. I'm monitoring all of them via SNMP with Nagios. I have a nagging issue with one of the four. It seems to go into some sort of sleep mode and drops off the network (as far as SNMP is concerned). I can still ping it and if I print to it, it comes back to life. All four units have the same sleep/power save settings and the other units never drop off, even on the weekend. I'm trying to see what else could be causing this. Firmware is the same across the board.

Another question involves OIDs. I can poll the units for toner levels but I can't get a valid OID for waste toner. Is there something I can use to tell me when the waste toner is full?

The Canon tech hasn't been able to give me any answers on these questions.
