Canon ImageRunner 5000 question

On a new Canon Image Runner 5000, using the PCL 5e, v5.2.0 driver, I have the following problem.

On the device settings tab, the paper size is letter. However, on the profile tab, if I select the Default Settings profile (which is the profile we use), and click the view settings button, the paper size is A4.

Some applications use the settings on the device settings tab, and print properly. Other apps pick up the A4 from the default profile, which screws up the printouts.

How can I set the Default Settings profile paper size to letter instead of A4?

Open the properties for the ImageRunner and change the setting in there...make sure you hit the APPLY button and it will save that setting.
