Hello again !

Ihave a small problem with my printer, a canon bjc 7000, about three years old.

The problem is that the printer does not pull(draw/feed ? ) in any sheet of paper and I don't know why.

Has anyone an idea why and how to to solve it ?

Thanks & Greetings

Roland

Check the rollers on the printer. What happens, over time, the rollers build up a fine layer of paper dust, which actually makes the rollers smooth. This prevents them from grabbing the paper. Try cleaning the rollers to see if this works. If not, you can try a super-fine sandpaper to roughen up the rollers.
