Hi
I have one SRG 50 Rls 3.0 conneted to CS1000 Rls5.5 via NRS. Now all IP phones are working with normal mode. Customer wants to add one Fax line with DID.
I tried one analog station(8369) but I cannt dial out.
I can call any Normal mode phones in HO & branch offices by using this.Also when I dial from any PSTN line as a full no.(4268369) it will ring.Same branch any Normal mode phone to analogue phone(8369) can call. But anlogue phone to Normal mode phone cannt call.
I can see from BCM monitor last IP trunk is selecting when I press the destination code.But I cannt dial out. I used CDP as private Network type.
If anyone can help I'll be much appreciate.
