Cann't get IP set to register to SS

Hi Guys

I'm trying to connect IP sets to M1 system upgraded recently to CS1k Rls. 4.00T
I can't get any IP set (i2002, i2004) to register itself but the soft phone i2050 is working fine.

I think it is a firmware related issue, so I connected TTY to the Leader SS and i got these messages

can anyone help recognizing this error?
 
someone here knows more about this one then me, but it looks like a network issue.. i would connect the ip set to the tlan with only a hub between them for a trouble shooting step.. most of the time when i have had a problem of that nature, my 1st step is to decide if the problem is on the network or my switch.. i do that by removing the customers side of the tlan and building a very small broadcast domain in thet switchroom.. if the set will not register then, it and they are on the same network i can trouble shoot from there... are you using dhcp? if so remember that request for an ip is a broadcast.. unless your withen the broadcast domain you will need a dhcp relay server on the tlan where the sets are installed... that's just a ckeck box in the server config, not usually a new box..

but i don't do ip at this site, i've installed a few but not recently, someone here may be able to give you more current information.. not knowing your site or network, i can only offer general help

RUDP retry exhausted" indicates that packets are getting lost between the SS and the IP Phone. Usually caused by a network problem - duplicate IP address, ports not open through firwall, incorrect VLAN,....

As always, also ensure that you have the latest DEPLIST/PEPs installed on the CS 1000/SS and the latest firmware installed on the IP Phones.
 
What is the display on the ip set?
Is it configured manually or through a DHCP server?
Which Node and TN you give at startup?

Test can be made by connecting your ip set on the same switch the T-Lan of the sigserv. That will do your data network out of cause, if any.
