cannot write lv control block data.

When i importvg myvg to the host the following error info always occurs:
#importvg -y myvg hdiskpower14
0516-1281 synclvodm: Warning, lv control block of tmp_yz124001 has been over written.
0516-622 synclvodm: Warning, cannot write lv control block data.

Why ?
Is this error a serious one ?
